PROFILE

Who is Eligible to Participate?

High school students in the 11th and 12th grade, as well as university students, are eligible to apply for the internship/placement/job shadowing program. Following the application, a preliminary interview is conducted with the applicant. If a suitable match can be found in our database in line with the candidate’s competencies, interests, and career goals, the process continues with further interviews.

For high school students, job shadowing programs range from 2 to 4 weeks. For university students, the internship period is planned for a minimum of two months.

How do we proceed?

1. Profile Interview

Interviews are conducted with academics and expert consultants. Goals, strengths, and key areas for development are identified.

2. Personal Internship Plan

An institution suitable for the profile is selected. A student-specific, developmental internship program (work plan) is prepared for each day. The work plan is signed by the student, the host institution, and Nefes-Ai.

3. Implementation

The internship is carried out in accordance with the agreed work plan. Daily activities are reported regularly to the Nefes-AI team, and career support is provided to the student. Additional expert sessions are conducted with external professionals covering topics such as intercultural communication, access to employment, and workplace culture.

4. Documentation

Achievements are reported with an official document. Nefes-Ai is authorized to issue Europass Mobility documents.
