  1. Deciding the Grant Programme

Grant programs aligning with your institution's needs and areas of activity are identified. The program requirements and conditions are communicated comprehensively. The most appropriate program to apply for on behalf of your institution is determined together.

  2. Determining the Topic and Scope

The project topic is determined collaboratively through meetings held with the participation of the institution's relevant stakeholders. At this stage, the overall framework of the project is defined with careful consideration of the institution's strategic priorities and target audience.

  3. Stakeholder Network and Partnerships

National and international partners and networks aligned with the grant program's requirements and the project's scope are identified. The roles and responsibilities of each partner within the work packages are defined, and the partnership process is secured through formal agreements.

  4. Project Content Development

The project content is designed within the framework of regular communication and a feedback process maintained with the institution. Work packages, timelines, and the budget are prepared, ensuring the content is aligned with the grant program's evaluation criteria.

  5. Completion of Administrative Application Process

The institution is guided through every stage of the application process. Expert support is provided for uploading the required documents to the relevant platforms, managing signature processes, and ensuring the final application/submission is completed without any omissions.

  6. Post-Application Process and Project Management

Should the application be successful, consultancy support is also offered for project management, reporting, and financial monitoring processes. This ensures the successful implementation of the project and full compliance with grant conditions.
